Santa Fe has been known and operating on the office move market for many years. Out company has organized moving for such companies as Procter and Gamble, Coca-Cola, Avtoframos, many embassies and other offices.
Office move under European standards:
1.Our office move manager will come to your office (free of charge) to evaluate the planned moving and consult you on the period of time the moving will take, the scope of moving and packing operations. Our aim is to help you to keep work of your office uninterrupted during moving.
2.During twenty-four hours we will send you a detailed commercial moving offer, a plan of operations and a draft contract.
3.A few days before the moving, our employees will provide you with appropriate Packing Services and will help your employees, if requested, to pack personal things and documents in special boxes.
At the client's option, based on a preliminary agreement, the moving may take 8-12 hours a day. We can also offer you to organize the moving by shift teams, on a day-night basis.
4.Special fixtures are used for transportation of over-sized and heavy items. Office equipment and furniture are packed in dedicated Packing Services. Not to lose items during moving and to arrange everything correctly in a new place, each item is marked in a special way.
Furniture, if necessary, is disassembled and assembled in a new place. During transportation special care is taken to handle fragile items and house plants.
5.Moving is completed once all items are fully unpacked and installed in a new place, and used Packing Services are removed.
